  1. Was shared that Meraki now charges per device for phone and email support. Anyone have more details on that? Hoping its optional

  2. Anyone tried the option of sending paid apps through the VPP family option instead of through codes? Did you run into the bug where it won’t work with user accounts that do not have a credit card attached?

    • Amy shared that the bug is now fixed and all user accounts in the managed part of the VPP “family” can receive paid apps. I noticed it does not request them to log in with their iTunes account when an app is sent either.
